i miss him...

how i wish he could come back and teach us.i swear that he is a dam good coach.
even though he scolded and punished us,he is still our best coach.
seriously.

anyway,today training sucks!!
omg.i hate it.
we ran 20 rounds.
but my stiches came when i was only at the second round..
n i teared.cus it was really unbearable..
this is the first time i cried during the bitch session!!
other than the matches.
